Shipping Policy

· Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

· Time is calculated based on current order volume, how quickly the fulfillment centers are working, customer’s location, and the unforeseen.

· In the event of a delay, please allow 5 additional days before reporting missing package to customer service.

Packaging & Costs

· All orders shipped from our in-house facilities now use post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic bags.

· Shipping rates are calculated as flat rates based on the price range to provide you with accurate shipping costs at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

· All products are made to order for your satisfaction.

· No returns/exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

· Damaged/defective items: reprint or refund within 30 days (photo proof may be required).

· Lost packages: report within 30 days for resolution.

· Returned packages due to shipping errors: reshipment provided.
